It needs many repairs and a lot of cleaning, but most of all it needs solid leadership to make it a reputable place I would recommend for above average where it could be with simple cleaning and repairs. The dirt and grim are sustained deposits of neglect. Easy repairs exists (like simple door locks) abundantly. The area is profoundly beautiful and a great site to enjoy. This is a VERY nice resort. The location on the river is gorgeous. It is a big, crowded place on the weekend. If you don’t want to be around a lot of other people, this isn’t the place for you.
