少し当初のコンセプトから外れて来ているのでは

全体的にはいいホテルです。ただ人手不足のためか掃除が行き届いていない感じがします　将来の劣化が早くなるのではないでしょうか？またタオルが臭ったり、ここから靴を脱いでという表示も日本語しかなかったり本当に清潔なのか疑問に思ってしまいました

綺麗でスタッフも丁寧でいいホテルでした。朝食も美味しく、気持ち良く過ごせるホテルでした。但し、部屋の狭さと上の部屋の歩く音が響くのは残念ポイントで価格相応かなと納得してしまいました。

金沢駅前のスーパーホテルプレミアに宿泊したことがあり、とても良かったので、家族旅行でも泊まってみようと思ったのですが、2つあるようで、前回のとは別のホテルを勘違いしてとってしまいました。違いとしては、こちらのホテルには露天風呂がなく、内風呂も大人が5人入るといっぱいになってしまうようなサイズで、時間帯によっては混み合うこともあるようでした。客室も、2部屋予約し、大人1人と子供1人ずつで泊まったのですが、必要十分な広さだと感じました。2泊したのですが、車があれは゛各種観光地に対してのアクセスも良く、金沢観光の拠点としても非常に良いと感じました。欲を言えばもう少し広い部屋が空いていれば、そちらを予約したかったのですが、年末ギリギリに予約したので、空いている部屋がベッド1台の部屋しかありませんでした。そちらは次回チャレンジしたいと思います。

역에서 걸어서 5분거리라 위치 좋고 직원들 친절하고 시설 깔끔해서 나무랄데가 없습니다. 칫솔이랑 마스크팩같은 어메니티 아주 많이 주고 아침식사도 깔끔해서 괜찮습니다. 밤마다 술도 공짜로 주고 여러 음료수 맘대로 마시게 해 줍니다. 방이 조금 작은편인데 이미 예상했던거라 크게 불편하지는 않았습니다. 추천합니다

ホテルの場所、部屋の清潔さ、サービスはとてもよかった。朝食も値段から考えるとコスパも良いと思う。ただルームキーなしで番号入力、お風呂に入るときのまた別の番号入力などが、慣れていないせいか少し面倒だと思う。カードなら持って出ることに慣れているが、レシートのような紙を持ち歩くのは無くしてしまいそうで、少しストレスを感じた。

快適？残念です

ホテルの客室は快適。朝食はバイキング形式ですが、味噌汁が冷めていたのが残念です。大浴場はお湯の循環が悪く、お湯が汚く、臭いがあるのが残念です。体を洗って入浴する客が少なく、マナーを徹底して頂きたい。
