"Even though the website said breakfast was included, they said it's not. The pool won't be open during spring. They didn't mention it on the site. You can't control your own room temperature to heating or cooling, it is centrally controlled. This was also not mentioned on the website. There are restaurants within the building but when you go and try to eat they will ask if you reserved a seat and won't let you in if you didn't make a reservation. So you should just be hungry and find a different place to eat in a country which is totally new to you. None of these nuances were mentioned anywhere. Overall it was not a pleasant stay. Room cleaning was done properly. Lifts worked. Other than that there's nothing I would like to mention. I wouldn't stay here again."

"Rooms are clean and staff are great in attending to inquiries. Laundry area is not the greatest as it seemed the dryers aren’t able to uphold to the multiple loads so clothes were in the dryer for a long time, including small loads breakfast buffet was good, as we went there multiple times during our stay.
