This is a lovely hotel. With great a staff. It is away from the city but close enough by Grab for that part of Penang to be accessible. The breakfast was great and varied. The gym was excellent.

Gorgeous hotel and beautiful room for a very good price. Prob the best hotel on our Malaysian travels. Amazing rooftop swimming pool (with crazy see through bottom) and rooftop bar with stunning views. Downside was no breakfast available at hotel but they offered a free morning bus service into town and suggested food places for breakfast. 5 stars and would definitely recommend xx

There are two wings that are separate hotels with the same name . You may want to choose the old one.
No changing room in the other one.
However nice swimming pool and restaurant on the 6th floor and professional staff
