My total experience is not up to my expectations. There was a concierge desk but no service staff. Bathroom was not serviced properly I had to call to wipe down the whole bathroom. Breakfast was great but the famous fried noodles was burnt. For the price it is not up to a five star rating. Will definitely skip tis property for my next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at G Hotel Gurney Penang. What stood out to us most was the warm and friendly service. The team was always responsive, attentive and proactive, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay.
Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with good amenities and everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Breakfast was another highlight, with a very good spread and plenty of choices to start the day.
We also enjoyed the convenience of having good restaurants within the hotel. The location is excellent too, with Gurney Plaza just next to the hotel, making shopping and dining so easy.
Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with lovely hospitality, good food and a great location. We would be happy to stay here again.
