The area around the pool wasn't cleared overnight with towels left behind by guests. The toilets by the restaurant wasn't cleaned.
However, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the choices of food were amazing.
Credit to the kitchen crew for the delicious food. Also, credit to the young intern from Bali. Very cheerful, friendly and a delight to talk to.

Loved our stay. We had a big beautiful room, with a gorgeous lake view and balcony! The bathroom was also very clean and spacious, with bath and shower.
The food at Pelangi, especially breakfast, was great!
The pools were clean and well maintained, enjoyed spending time in pool and poolside, and good for my baby too
Buggy service was very useful and a great service!
Had the best trip at Pelangi!
