My name is Ignacio. The host had very poor comunicacion with me, he didn't answer my messages.
It didn't gave us information about the place. We didn't have hot water for almost 2 days.
No hands soap, very little shampoo on shower..
We stayed 5 nights and they only went one time to clean up the room.
In general, for the place we got it didn't woth the money what we paid.
The place it needs a lot of improvements, to be high standards for what they charge.

The only thing good about this place is perhaps location. Car park rate is RM4.40 per hour with max RM20+ per day. While it may looked clean, there are small cockroaches especially in the 2nd room. It needs a thorough clean up to appeal for family stay.

"This hotel is amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. The pools are fantastic and on both occasions I was the only one in them, the gym is the best I’ve seen in a hotel and the food and drinks in the Regency Club were brilliant. I was very sad to leave this hotel."
