I do not, cannot recommend this property/hotel to anybody. I am not sure it is a hotel as such. It is groups of rooms managed by single individuals that you deal with on a web site the Chinese WeChat, or What Apps during your stay. Very impersonal and unfriendly. A security deposit is required by a very unprofessional individual that is the essence of being unprofessional actually overbearing and threatening. Good luck if you choose this location, it is far from the description provided by Expedia. Yes somewhat clean. Staff? What staff? Family friendly? Absolutely nothing connected to such friendliness. Pools, Yes 2 perhaps 3. Nice pools.without question.

The apartment suite was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the basic necessities needed for a pleasant stay. The check-in and check-out process was easy and hassle-free, making the stay even more convenient. There were plenty of food options available right beside the apartment, which was very useful. The location was excellent, being near KLCC and within walking distance to the public train station, making it easy to explore the city.
