There is a Aeon Mall & Supermarket in 5 mins walking distance; that is the best point of the hotel. Limited hotel car park hence I have to park outside hotel which is chargeable.
The staff is friendly and helpful.

Stayed on level 11. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of choice at breakfast and the added convenience of being connected to Ipoh Parade shopping centre. Just RM5 to old town and Concubine Lane area or to the Ipoh night market.
Staff were helpful and accommodating. Excellent location for a short stay.

Breakfast spread was pretty good & dinning are very conducive. Rooms are well maintained with good digital option. 5 mins walking distance to a good Chinese restaurant across the road serving good cantonese cuisine at reasonable prices.

Stayed in two different rooms, both can not be consider as clean. Water stains everywhere in the bathroom. door knobs, light switches are sticky. Not a very good experience overall.

"There was an insect on my bed. Three mosquitoes in my room. I don’t even know how they got there. Wallpapers were peeling.
