On/Off/On/Off/On/Off and I had 2 usernames and passwords. I was told it was a supplier issue, which given the WiFi works perfectly well in the reception/lobby area - doesn't strike me as true. I think the resort needs to up its game with the WiFi equipment to the resorts and/or increase the wifi bandwidth available to guests. Nice big, clean rooms, with balcony/chairs/table/ Good a/c, toilet, hot shower and luxury of luxuries a bath (not enough hot water for that - so used a kettle). Very comfortable beds/pillows, 2 desks (!), walk in wardrobe, fridge. TV, not internet, but with just enough channels. Sofa. Good lighting. Free shuttle service into town is a great feature and the pool area is rather good. Breakfast is OK for most tastes and the restaurant food is very good (recommend the cheesecakes). Unusually for Borneo, the resort beach is pretty clean. Overall: impressed, but fix the WiFi PDQ."
