I have pink eye. So the room is very dirty with bacteria! The living room restaurant downstairs lobby level has the WORST food. Do not eat unless you want tasteless tough chewing food. The lobby bar in the middle has okay food but not the best. It’s better to eat across the way in the mall. Carpets are worn and pillows smell. The bath towels are pretty torn and worn! I don’t call this a 5-star rating but more of a 4-star rating hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon was quiet and kept the room the right temperature. The bathroom had everything we needed and there were plenty of sockets everywhere which is hard to find in hotels sometimes. The location is good with a big shopping mall opposite and the town centre is within walking distance. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from within the hotel and others nearby. The room was nice bed was comfortable and a/c was good.
