When , I arrived to Kampala, I took an Uber to go to the apartments. I was so surprised to find that that the apartments were still under construction. I tried reaching out to Expedia - they were not helpful at all. One and a half hours later the Manager of the apartments called me. He told me that he had instructed Expedia to remove the hotel from the site and did not understand why they had not done so.
