The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the excellent service and the pleasant atmosphere. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely be happy to stay here again!🤗😊

It’s a new hotel which opened just recently. Accordingly the interior and amenities are fresh and modern. The staff was friendly but unfortunately not up to the standard of the hotel. Services like breakfast, laundry, restaurant etc. don’t match the quality criteria of a 4* hotel. Very noisy on some evenings until late night due to loud banquets on the upper floor.

Overall stay was excellent. I loved the decor, finish and practicality of the space. My only reservation is that they can do better with the food. It’s not up to the standard of the hotel.

The property is truly beautiful. The place is tastefully decorated and the rooms were very clean. Personally, i slept like a baby. The hotel is located near Makerere University. The staff were very friendly and the chef made it a point talk to us and find out how we like the food.

the rooms really are excellent . location is ok if you have a car, Things to know is, there is no spa, there is no sauna, there is no massage at the property. The breakfast is poor at best and if you like a coffee that is not drip be prepared to wait an hr for a not great coffee. but again the rooms are great.
