"This hotel is in an excellent location opposite Kagoshima chuo train station. We had an amazing view of Sakurajima volcano from our room on the 13th floor. The hotel is very comfortable with an excellent buffet breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"First, there is no hot spring within the suite even it has a tub. The tap hot water needs 15+ min warm up time and the water temperature is very difficult to adjust. The entire ryokan is old and outdated. The meals were average at best. The famous nearby hot sand bath experience was over rated. The service is good overall. "
