My room was a bit oudated but it was clean and nice. The buffet breakfast and dinner had plenty of choices, and both were great. The hotel had other restaurants too so you dont have to eat their buffet if you dont want. The onsen was also great with a view of the volcano. The free shuttle was also great. Purified water is prepared inside a clean boiler. Nice tea and coffee pick. The onsen at rooftop is smaller than I thought, but still nice, and it has steamed room. Since it is indoor onsen, the mist on window actually makes it hard to see the volcano. Shopping mall and outlet store nearby, some close at 9, the opening hour of shops nearby is comparatively long, quite convenient. It has free shuttle to pick up from JR station, supplement the shortcoming of location.
