The stay was wonderful. The customer service is spectacular and a lot of people spoke english. Their hot springs are immaculate and provide you with a spa like experience. Although they don’t sand springs at the property they provide shuttle that take you there and back. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable and the store doesn’t really have any heatable food. However, we were not told that we needed to make reservations for dinner at least 24hours prior to arrival. We had to go somewhere else to have dinner. Onsenissa oli sekä sisäonsen, että ulko-onsen. Varsinkin ulko-onsen oli vierailemisen arvoinen. Vierailimme vuodenvaihteessa, ja keli oli samankaltaista kuin Suomen kevät. Yhtenä päivänä menimme ennen onsenia uimaan Tyyneen Valtamereen, sitten onseniin lämmittelemään. Hotellista sai vuokrattua paikallisia 'city-pyöriä', jotka toimi sähköllä ja polkien, niillä oli kiva kiertää rantaa ja ympäröivää maaseutua. Huoneessa oli länsimaiset mukavuudet, mutta sen olohuone oli 'vanhaa japanilaista tyyliä'. Yhdistelmä oli mielestäni todella onnistunut. Henkilökunta mukavaa, ja tuntui että menivät useamman kuin kerran 'extra mailin' takiamme.
