Very nice property. Good value. Great location for sightseeing. Very friendly and helpful staff. No food option at the property but nice restaurants very close by. Walking distance. They should use contrast strips on the steps making it easy to see for people with low vision. Easy fix toward trips and fall.

There’s no doubt this is a beautiful historical old hotel, rooms are comfortable and have lots of original features! Good aircon and comfortable beds. However it does need a little love and attention- could definitely do with a bit of renovation (there were some works going on whilst we were there) nothing major and it didn’t inconvenience us at all) so maybe in a few months improvements will show. The pool area was lovely but again a bit scruffy and run down and the water was murky. Overall we enjoyed our stay though, the location is amazing you are right in the centre of Fort Kochi - good value for money just needs some attention and it would be great!

"The property manager was so unprofessional. Although I had a reservation for a day, they didn’t have any room available for my stay. I was completely stranded at midnight and was forced to leave the premises against my will. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience."
