"From check in to check out the customer service provided was outstanding. This is our third visit to Elysium and each time it has been a true pleasure. Our upgraded room was amazing. "Stunning place. I had a superior room with a sea view which was stunning. The entire hotel is picturesque and so clean, paired with a sultry ambiance. The staff were so polite and friendly too. Location is good, Old town Rhodes is just a 10-12 min drive away. Airport is 20 mins away or so. Cannot fault this hotel, so much to do here at the resort and on the beach (plenty of water sports activities) would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Rhodes. "All buildings were in need of maintenance (plumbing, air conditioning, pool and grounds). Menu was very limited and after a few days, boring. They charged for Internet access. We had two rooms and neither TV functioned. Plus they made a mistake with our reservation and only had one room ready instead of two so we had to wait while they contacted Hotels.com to confirm. I would not recommend this hotel!"
