The newly built beach villa Leni is located in the tranquil village of Kalkhorst, approx. 3.5 km from the natural, wide and fine sandy Baltic Sea beach on a beautifully landscaped plot of approx. 680 m². For the first time you can be our guest from 03.08.2019. In the immediate vicinity of Kalkhorst is Groß Schwansee with its castle estate, its park and excellent gourmet cuisine. The third oldest Baltic Sea resort in Germany, Boltenhagen with its promenades, the pier, the cliffs, the restored villas, small cafes and shops can be reached in a few minutes. Only 30 km away is the historic Hanseatic city of Lübeck with its numerous sights on the old town island, the extensive museums, shops, restaurants and bars. Or explore Lübeck on a harbor or canal tour.


Whether a relaxing walk on the Baltic Sea, bathing fun in the sea or in your own pool, strolling in Boltenhagen or shopping in Lübeck …… ..

In our holiday home, this should not just be an empty phrase. Rather, it is important to us that all visitors, whether large or small, simply feel comfortable.

The total of approx. 250 m² of living space is ideally distributed over a spacious 182 m² of living space and 2 terraces. Of which the large total of approx. 56 m² and the small 12 m² offer space to relax. On the main terrace directly at the house there is an elegant dining table group with a high-quality extending table and eight comfortable chairs. The lounge group invites you to relax, which is not only comfortable, but also offers plenty of space. A generous shade sail provides sufficient sun protection in summer.

The highlight in the garden is the heated pool with a roof for all water lovers, guaranteed bathing fun, even when the weather is not so nice.

In the interior of your domicile you will receive a light-flooded hallway, a bedroom with a shower room, a guest toilet and a beautiful living area with an open kitchen. Conjure up a delicious meal in the modern kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. High-quality kitchen appliances from NEFF, Miele and AEG as well as dishes and pots from WMF, Fiesler, Ritzenhoff & Breker promise great cooking pleasure.

On the top floor you will find 3 spacious bright bedrooms, a bathroom with tub, spacious modern shower and enough storage space for your accessories.

From the bathroom you enter your own little wellness oasis ... .. with sauna and 2 loungers to relax. Enjoy the cozy warmth, read a good book or listen to the sounds of relaxed music.
