"The room was well kept. However I found a live German roach on my toilet seat one night. Said roach was swept into the toilet and flushed. This facility is a conference center with the conference center itself in a separate building across the parking lot. There is no airport shuttle service, however the facility, if called, will provide the name and phone number of a very reliable taxi service. A filtered source of water was readily available and my room had two sealed bottles of water provided fresh each day. This hotel does take the Kalamazoo water supply rating very seriously. The food was of good quality though I was a bit taken back by the fact that the menu (dinner in particular) consisted of a variety of sandwiches with just two non-sandwich dishes and salad. At the time I visited the Hot tub was under reconstruction."
