I asked for a handicap room. A bar in the shower was the only think “handicap in the room”. The space between the queen beds, beds to cabinets were extremely narrow for my husbands walker. I have stayed in other Marriott hotels, had walk in showers, handrails including at toilets, surround shower handrails and even paid less for my room. The exterior doors exiting to side doors were not handicap friendly, ramps to the parking areas were cracked making it difficult to maneuver in. I booked thru AARP who I have done in the past explaining my husband’s needs and experienced nothing like this. Desk clerk was not much help. I had wished I had not booked my stay for my son’s wedding there but was meeting up with family to assist me with my handicap husband.

We arrived at 3:10p and were told our room won’t be ready until 4:30ish. We went to eat and came back when asked and the room still wasn’t ready. We finally checked in and needed to shower and use bathroom. After using the toilet we discovered there’s no water. Maintenance said they have to turn it on, it’ll be 15 minutes. By now our plans have been ruined. We waited 15 minutes and still no water. I went to the front desk and I was mad. I used profanity and was thrown out of the hotel. When I went back to the room to tell my wife, the water had been restored. It came out brown and yellow! We were disgusted by the staff and the dirty room. The manager had the nerve to yell through the lobby for us to have a nice day. Kimber is horrible.

Exceptionally large hotel, we kept getting lost! Nice to have an on-site restaurant and bar. They have a large indoor pool that while we were there was absolutely overwhelmed with kids. The room, once we found it, was good. The door did not automatically close and latch, so we had to be careful to do that. Forgot to tell management the next day. Clean hotel, comfortable room and furnishings.

Extremely nice room and hotel! Very fair price. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Hot tub is only for 16 and up fyi, that was a little disappointing for my youngest kiddo.

The overall state of the room was very outdated. On my 2nd night my AC went out and the staff barely cared enough. 6 hours after being so nice and polite, I called the front desk and asked for a different room and maintenance appeared magically. The next day, someone broke into my car in their lot. Only good thing was that house keeping comes daily

The front desk person did not disclose the hot tub was not filled or working. If so, I would have gone to another hotel. After being in the car for 9 hours, I did want to relax and use the hot tub. I will not be staying there again!

I booked a hotel with a hot tub, that is a priority to me. I checked into the hotel after driving nine hours on the road. When I went to use the hot tub, I realized it was not working out of commission! When I checked in the person at the front desk did not tell me this! Had he disclosed this in advance I would’ve booked another hotel! Keeping this information from me was unfair! The pool was beyond cold that is why nobody was in it at a time when it is usually very full. I’ve been to this hotel five times, I do not plan on going back after this experience!

Room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Fitness room had a lot of equipment and very clean. Pool was clean and large, there were a few mulch pieces pool side on floor, no air conditioning in pool area, and hot tub did not work . Would prefer they offered brewed coffee in lobby. There is a coffee shop inside for you to purchase. Breakfast is available to purchase inside restaurant.
