    Located in prime elevated position alongside the Reserve that links Kaiteriteri Beach with Little Kaiteriteri

    Direct access (3 to 5 minutes walk) to both Kaiteriteri and Little Kaiteriteri. You will enjoy being able to leave your car at the house and avoid parking congestion at the beach, walking to each beach off-road through the native bush if you choose.

    Gold sand stretches out in each direction

    Fall asleep listening to the waves on each side of the headland

    Downhill in a few minutes on your bike to the mountain bike park

Wonderful family spot

Amazing views and easy access to beach and fun for the entire family. Home had all we needed and also toys for our younger children including beach toys. We loved the location.

We loved our stay at Ellie’s place. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. There were lots of space, indoors and outdoors, for our big family to hang out and enjoy the stunning views on offer. The location is unbeatable - walking distance to Kaiteriteri main beach/town centre and Little Kaiteriteri, whilst being in our own private little oasis. Ellie is a lovely host - friendly and responsive, and flexible with check-in. Would highly recommend her house to everyone!

Lovely spot and perfect location for everything

Ellie is kind and welcoming. All extras appreciated and a well provided home away from home. The outside bbq table is a winner for post beach relaxation and drinks!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. The views and short stroll to the beaches were perfect. Ellie was so helpful on check in and gathering up the items we failed to pack 😯 and returned them to us. Wish we could be back there now:)

Unique slice of paradise

We loved the amazing view, peacefulness, and native birds surrounding the house. So great to have two decks for windy days and the track to beach was so handy close to the Bach. Hope to return

Relaxing!

We had the loveliest weekend here with our group of friends. It's a beautiful location and we felt completely relaxed. The house is cosy and full of gorgeous character. Ellie was a very friendly host and we appreciated her hospitality. We would definitely come again!

Beautiful views, character building

The character of the building is interesting, the setting is amazing, great privacy while still being close, access to the beaches is well formed steep track so great if you are able. Access to the house requires use of steps and there are some accessibility challenges. There is everything you could want to enjoy your stay.

Awesome location

We loved our stay at Rowling Road, best place we’ve ever stayed in Kaiteriteri! Ellie is a super lovely host & the views and location are fabulous. It was great being able to walk to Little Kaiteriteri or the main beach using the track. The house is homely and comfortable with a very relaxed vibe. We would definitely love to stay here again! ❤️

We spent a delightful 3 nights in Kaiteriteri, perfectly positioned on the point between Little Kaitereri and Big Kaitereri. The location is ideal for easy walks to either beach along the scenic track.Ellie, our host, was incredibly attentive and genuinely sweet. She went above and beyond, leaving thoughtful touches like chocolates, wine, and fresh milk in the fridge.The cabin itself was beautiful and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Our kids enjoyed the games and had a blast playing outside in the sunshine.We highly recommend Ellie and are immensely grateful for sharing her incredible home with us. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

A perch in paradise

Though the photos in the listing are impressive, they can't possibly represent how spectacular, private and convenient this gem of a cabin is. From the time we arrived, greeted by Ellie we loved this place and can't wait to return. It is quaint and cozy and with Ellie's encouragement and advice about the neighbourhood we immediately felt at home.

A little bit of paradise!

Ellie was a delight to meet, she welcomed us to her lovely home with warmth and kindness. The house is warm and delightful, private, comfortable and with the best views front and back! We loved our stay, did a beautiful boat trip and walk one day - the boat tours are excellent. Even had a swim while we waited to be picked up. Thanks Ellie!

Impressive location

We had an amazing 4 nights in this Kiwiana Bach. Million-dollar views, and only a 3 minute walk to either Kaiteriteri beach or little Kaiteriteri. 5 minute walk to restaurants, cafe, etc. Ellie was lovely to deal with, and great communication. thanks again for sharing your house in such a wonderful location, you will be sure to see us again.
