"Clean room, bathroom door couldn’t fully open as so close to bed room small but fine for our one night stay. On 5th floor great views from small balcony..but could not see the lake as said in hotel info. Close enough to walk to lake promenade easily. Staff very friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel, location, the staff, and cleanliness was fantastic. My only complaint was noise. There is no air conditioning so the windows must be open. The hotel is next to the train station and a super busy intersection so it is really loud. Hard to peacefully rest. "

"Good location in town near Chapel Bridge. Coming by car is very tricky as streets leading to plaza where hotel is located are narrow and shared with pedestrians. Twin bed room has basic amenities. Area around hotel has many shops and eateries."

"The location is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and easy, and my room was beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the coffee and amenities on the second floor, as well as the in-room touches and the daily housekeeping service. The quiet terrace with its beautiful view was another highlight. Even the small gestures, like the water bottle they gave me upon departure, made a difference. I truly felt at home during my stay and only have positive things to say about this place."
