Excellent Room, but Difficult to Find and Check In The hotel is located at the top of a hill, with beautiful surroundings, but finding it was quite difficult because the property was not clearly marked or signposted. We had to go through quite a bit of difficulty before finally locating the hotel. The room itself was excellent overall—clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was particularly good, with new appliances and modern fittings. However, the check-in experience could be greatly improved. There were no clear instructions on how to check in, and there was no staff available at the reception desk to assist us. One concern with the room was the unusual low/angled roof structure, which was quite dangerous. I actually hit my forehead on the roof, and this could potentially cause a serious injury if guests are not careful. Overall, the room and facilities were very good, but better signage, clearer check-in instructions, and attention to the low roof structure would make the stay much more comfortable and safer.
