"This is a really good value and the garden is beautiful, the fountain was pleasant and the jasmine smelled amazing. The gardeners and housekeeping staff were very pleasant and they were very available. The front desk staff was also extremely pleasant. It is a slightly tired property and the rooms are slightly shabby, but they were quite clean and very serviceable. The bougainvillea is lovely. Even though it is next to the fire station, there were no sirens all night, and the parking was plentiful and free. the rooms are on an open air hallway. So the security at this property is not quite the same as one where you need a key card to get in anywhere. But that said, it was not an issue. Overall, very good value. next time I would consider a bottom floor room that opens on the garden or asking for an upper floor that overlooks it, because it really was just such a lovely ambience."

"The breakfast was a,gazing, the staff for the most part was cool except one Hispanic girl she had a attitude problem and she worked the front desk, but the place was filled with cigarette smoke and alcohol. Bathrooms really bad. I will not be staying here ever again."

The carpet was disgusting and torn up, there was no running water from the cold faucet in the bathroom, there was no hot water in the shower, there were no drain stops in sink or tub, everything looked very old and they were stains in the bathroom on the tub and sink. I would never stay there again."
