  • Monthly rates available until October 1st. Ocean view condo in one of Kona's most popular vacation rental complexes. Alii Villas has a solar heated pool, BBQ and picnic lanai, and oceanfront seating for those famous Kona Sunsets.
    Fully equipped condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We even stock most soap and paper goods. Great ocean breezes and west facing lanai area. Free WiFi and digital cable TV. NOTE there is no air conditioning in this unit.
    All reservations are required to digitally sign a rental agreement between them and and property manager to be confirmed.
    Alii Villas is located about 1.5 miles south of Kailua Pier.
