    Escape to paradise in this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse in Kailua-Kona! Enjoy stunning ocean views and sunsets from your private lanai. This fully-equipped condo in a quiet, gated community offers all the comforts of home, including a BBQ grill and beach gear.     The Space:

    The first floor contains a huge great room with soaring 3 story windows, a fully stocked kitchen and dining room. Leading out from the great room is a large lanai with an eating area and tropical plants. There is also a first floor bedroom and bathroom.

    Upstairs, you will find the master suite with its own private lanai and ensuite bath featuring twin vanities, a walk-in closet, and a private WC and shower. A second guest bedroom and bath can also be found upstairs. The upstairs also has a loft area with a desk and high speed internet for people who need to bring work along and to stay in contact with the Mainland.



    The Neighborhood:

    Our condo is ideally situated, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to the vibrant heart of Kailua-Kona. You're just a short walk from the charming downtown area, where you can explore a variety of shops and savor delicious meals at local restaurants. While the property provides a tranquil escape, the Big Island's famous attractions are easily accessible by car. Whether you're interested in exploring stunning waterfalls, stargazing atop Maunakea, or experiencing a paniolo rodeo, everything is within reach. For water enthusiasts, there are opportunities for swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round of golf, or try parasailing and deep-sea fishing. If you prefer to stay closer to the condo, take advantage of the resort-style pool and fitness center right on the premises.
