"When I checked in, I told the front desk clerk that I was just in town for work and didn’t particularly care about views and the like. I was there alone. To my surprise, she put me on the top floor in a corner room that had remarkable views overlooking the ocean on 2 sides, with large glass doors that opened to the outside. This setup afforded a “wrap around” balcony, the likes of which I’ve never seen up close. Room had cold water supplied every morning in the fridge and a cute coffee maker with delicious, fresh coffee “packets.” How nice ! I enjoyed my day immensely. Oh. The food in the restaurant was exceptional as well. I had a couple breakfasts while there"

"The condo had a very authentic Hawaiian feel to it. We had an ocean view, which was lovely — falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean was so relaxing. The location was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind, and the pool and hot tub were a lovely bonus. My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay here, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. However, if you’re looking for somewhere ultra-modern, then this may not be the place for you."

"First thing I checked in and I had ocean front room and instead they gave me 2 floor room that the view was the first floor roof , I went to guest service and they did not help me at all , I had to request a manager to show them the view of the room I booked and the one they gave me , she then proceeded to help me and gave me the one I purchased, her name was Mailie , the beach in front of the hotel is used by locals and anyone , there is not exclusively like they show on pics here ,I fine to stay here but is way overpriced "

"Great stay. A couple of their hot tubs were down but there are 6 on the property so not the biggest deal but definitely inconvenient. "

"I cannot begin to explain the EXCEPTIONAL service, amenities, accommodations and experience at this resort. We fell in love with Hualalai and will 1000% be returning. I came here with my husband for my 50th birthday and was treated with such kindness. The staff here are above and beyond and honestly, as a frequent Marriott Ambassador Elite traveler, I have to say that Marriott’s higher end brands need to step it up to match the class, ease, and care that Four Seasons has shown us. Look no further if you are deciding on which Hawaii island to visit. We are looking at property here already if that tells you anything! "The condo was very nice and clean; with all you needed to enjoy the stay. The only issue we had was that the toilet had a leak at the base and caused the bathroom floor to be wet. We did let the office know but it was not fixed by the time we had to leave. We solved the problem by wrapping a beach towel around the base on the toilet."
