I appreciated that it was clean and was furnished minimally, but aptly. As others have posted in their reviews there is only one sink, so you have to wash your hands in the kitchen and there is a little hotplate to do your cooking. So don't plan on making anything too elaborate, but it suited my husband's and my needs wonderfully. The ambiance was total relaxed tropical vibes and we couldn't have asked for a better location. We were able to walk to so many places from where we were. My husband loved the hot water that lasted a good amount of time during his showers and I loved the air conditioning that was so needed after adventuring in the sun. The Condo was clean although it’s a bit hot when we first got in and have some musty smell, but it was clean, the only thing was we didn’t have hot water the first day we took shower, we contacted the owner and it was taken care right away and we found a couple of roaches, other than that it was overl a good, convenient walk through Ali’i drive where many bar and restaurants, the whole property needs a general clean up though!
