Very nice staff, very easy check in/check out process. We could store our luggage there very easily while we explored the city. Good location only a few minutes away from Amsterdam Centraal and public transport. Rooms are decently sized for the price, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean.

Centrally located hotel with spacious and well appointed rooms whilst still retaining the quirky charm of a traditional Amsterdam house. Buffet breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely helpful. Best hotel I've stayed at in the city centre

The room wasn't very clean. Hairs in bed and yellow stain on one pillow. They never changed the bed or towels despite us being there 5 days. They just made the bed when servicing the room. The safe kept coming up with an error code and not working. The lift was out of order a few times and we were on the 3rd floor. The hot breakfast options were cold. The location was pretty good and it was surprisingly quiet in the room. WiFi was reliable. Tv had a few English language channels. Wouldn't stay there again.
