Convenient location to multiple beaches (Kailua (Walking), Lanikai (10min), Waimanalo (30min), downtown Kailua (Walking), H3 and Pali Rd (to travel to other parts of island). Amenities were clean and complete. Full Kitchen, plus lots of towels, boogie boards, beach chairs. Easy access to laundry. Lots of room for parking. Cherie is responsive and easily reachable. We stayed for the winter holidays and it was the perfect home base for us, our infant and our extended family. It's actually larger and better than even the photos suggest. New construction and appliances were top notch. In a quiet neighborhood around half a mile north of Kailua town where there is everything you need including groceries, a Target, lots of tacos. Of course Kailua beach is also 3/4 mile west--you can walk or drive, we always found parking near the beach even during busy times. Host was very friendly and responsive.
