The rooms and amenities are great, view is great too. But we got an additional charge of $50 for snack bar, and when I called to verify, they simply said they mistakenly put $50 for a $10 chocolate. And I got a refund of $29 I don’t know why. And they said no sorry at all, and are like you should thank me for that refund.
I like the stay overall, but it’s just too much trivia you need to worry about.
