"This was our first visit to any of the islands and we didn’t want to leave. This place is perfect! Everything you want and close to everything in west Maui. You can walk out your door and watch the sea turtles come on shore and lay in the sun or watch them swimming. The outdoor of the property is perfectly manicured with flowers. It also has a nice pool and it’s so quiet with beautiful sunsets. A lot of people snorkelled from there since the coral reef is right there. "

"Great location, well maintained and incredible views! We loved our stay at Jim’s condo and would absolutely book again. We saw whales and turtles off the lanai every morning, and the sunsets were just spectacular. While the beaches adjacent to the condo were nice, we enjoyed the ability to drive 5-10 minutes to explore the other beaches along the west coast from Kapalua to Lahaina. Great food and a Snorkel Bob’s within walking distance added to the convenience. Five stars all around."

Not too packed Local to almost everything Close to all the best beaches in Maui Very friendly staff members/ very attentive Overall this was a great stay for a great price , kitchen came in handy, be careful leaving the sliding doors open like we did. We invited many little flies which is common otherwise great easy spot for the price!"

"We had to check in at a different location than where we actually stayed. Staff was very friendly. We had issues connecting to WiFi because info given was for the wrong location but was able to connect once we called for the correct information. There is no central AC, however there is a AC unit in the living room. Bedroom has a fan. Our balcony doors did not lock, but we were on the 6th floor so we didn’t complain about it. I felt the unit could be cleaned a little bit better, bathroom doors were dirty and floors didn’t feel clean walking barefoot on it, so we wore our sandals inside even though there is a sign at the front door asking us to remove our shoes. Kitchen was great- fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, tea pot, toaster, electric stove with oven, microwave, plates, bowls and utensils. We told our room didn’t have a view because of its location but we actually had a great view from our balcony. Staff probably needs to be trained better about their different locations. "

"I can’t think of anything I would’ve wanted that I didn’t get with this property! It was spacious, clean, and well-stocked, plus the location was top notch. The property managers thought if everything and the condo included high quality beach equipment (chairs, cooler, snorkel equipment, etc.) and also had things that many rentals don’t, such as laundry and dishwasher detergent, soap/shampoo/lotion, kitchen staples, and extra toilet paper/tissues. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was as promised. Checking in and out was easy, too. Would definitely come here again! "
