Our room had a superb view of Sakura-san volcano which puffed a bit as we were flying in but was quiet for our stay Our only problem was with the limited space for opening our suitcases though we thought the overall room size was reasonable. The layout made that dufficult. Three things which diminished my enjoyment: when I thought I lost my hotel plastic card key, they were going to charge me 1000 yen to replace it (cost is around 100 yen); when I asked for a noon checkout they informed me that would cost an extra 2200 yen. And when I returned to my room each evening it was uncomfortably warn, they turned off the aircon while I was out, took an hour or so to restore to my desired temp.
