Very easy communication. They provide bath salt at the lobby for a bathtub soak, which is very nice. Parking is the only issue. They have a partnership with a carpark nearby. But there are 2 carpark with the same name- Maruya 1 and Maruya 2\. Unfortunately, i parked at the wrong one, and couldn't get the discounted rate. If driving, there are hotels with more convenient parking. There was hair stuck on the wall and the sofa had disgusting amount of stains on it. However the beds were somewhat comfortable and the location is central and convenient. No under bed storage is a serious deficiency so the only place to lay an open suitcase is in front of the door. Which means moving so I can jump over it to leave the room and moving it back when I want to get into the bathroom. Only a small bench is provided so there really isn't anywhere comfortable to sit, had to try to make do by propping pillows up on the bed. The TV is very awkwardly placed next to the head of the bed and it's bolted to the wall with no give so it's extremely difficult to access the HDMI port. Bathroom is the type with the raised slightly sloped floor so it was really a challenge to get in there with my suitcase there. Breakfast was good. Other hotels use the limited space more smartly, this one doesn't seem well laid out. Overall great but having a single elevator for the whole building that is shared by customers and staff is simply not enough... And the aircon in our room was loud but it did not feel like it was blowing cool air. However, the cleanliness, need to be improved. On the arrival, the toilet and floor were not properly clean. Also there was not enough toilet paper (of course it is ok that it wasn't new), however the two rolls were almost finishing... and during the next two days they didn't supply new toilet paper. (i used tissues that I had brought with me)...
