良くなかったのはスタッフ。こちらは暴風雨に遭い飛行機が尋常じゃないくらい揺れ、やっとの思いでホテルに着いた(その状態も説明した)のにシステムの不備とやらでチェックインシステムが反応せず。何度もチャレンジさせられたが無理なら別な方法を模索してほしい。また、応対するスタッフが代わるたびにこちらの情報が何も引き継がれておらず、話が最初からやり直しになる。同じ話を何度もするハメになった。
