(374 reviews) The location is great, near Chinatown, a temple, the train, and several 711s. The staff was nice. The breakfast was very good and varied. I did not try the pool or gym, but they seemed decent. Quality of service at the spa is inconsistent. Cannot recommend the room service - I ordered green curry. It was just chicken that had been dipped in curry, while good - no rice or sauce. Very little by way of toiletries. The trips offered at concierge or not necessarily a better deal than those you’d find online. We couldn’t control the AC, other than to turn it on and off.
