JUZET DE LUCHON "MAISON LES SPIGEOLES"  
  
In a small village 4 km from Luchon, small semi-detached house of 66 m² for 6 people, very quiet with beautiful views of the mountains, small garden and large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.  
This accommodation includes an entrance, a bathroom. Separate toilet, a bedroom with bunk beds 80 and cupboard, a very bright living room with a large bay window, a sofa, a television, an equipped kitchenette overlooking the living room with 4 gas burners, a fan oven, microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine. Upstairs a mezzanine and a bedroom with a double bed 140, bunk beds 80 and a baby bed.  
  
Tiled floor - private parking space in front of the house  
Electricity on meter reading in addition except July August  
Pets not allowed - wifi access  
  
Apartment deposit: €250  
Cleaning deposit: €80
