Excellent apartment with modern furniture, by the sea in a very quiet spot. Great staff and value for money. Absolutely recommend and will be back myself.

We stayed for a night recently and I must say the facilities are great. It was downtime in Jurmala, so nothing to do outside, but hotel's spa facilities made up for that without a doubt. And a pool bar-such simple, but great idea.Staff were not smiley and slightly rude at times, but professional and helpful. The upstairs bar needs the biggest improvement, but hotel, room, recreational activities-really high standard.

The host was lovely and made us feel very welcome. They contacted us in advance to understand how we wanted the room to be set up as we were travelling as a family, and accommodated our need for an early morning check out. The garden and garden view are also lovely.
There was some ant powder in the property when we stayed which might not be good if you're travelling with small children, but wasn't a problem for us.

Excellent hotel near the old town & everything within walking distance. Was here over new year. Disappointed that the bar was closed by 12.30 on New Year’s Eve. Breakfast was excellent but the plates were cold everything you would want for breakfast was there. Spa was excellent first day was so busy so we decided to go after breakfast about 9 am & in the evening about 8 was quiet. & more manageable a lot of kids in during the day. Will definitely go back here.

The Grand Hotel is superbly located. As I entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted and advised of the location of breakfast and also the times On arrival at my room I was immediately impressed by the amount of space I had and how richly furnished and decorated it was.
The king sized bed was very comfortable and high standard furnishings were provided, along with effective air conditioning. Rooms were serviced daily and bedlinen changed every two days as a standard. The room was immaculately...
