We reported it at reception and they basically told us it was a feature of the hotel and we had to put up with it. Basic room, limited cooking utensils. "I liked this hotel and the staff were excellent keep in mind this is an old hotel that was in good condition. The hotel and the rooms were cold. It was the first cold snap of the year and it was cold in the rooms. Even at 0°c outside, inside you still needed a jacket inside. The restaurant was good and the pizzas were pretty tasty. There are a ton of places to eat in this town and quite a variation. "

"Not at all as expected from the description. We had a room which was tiny for a twin, no fridge, cooking, table or tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom was semi-decaying but more spacious. Carpets looked 20 or more years old. When we arrived we were given linen and towels to make our own beds (unserviced) during stay. This is not a hotel! "Check in wasn't great - took 3 room changes to get the book ed twin room instead of a double. Restaurant was very good - good food with quick service. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Sadly our stay was spoiled by another hotel guest shouting and singing at 2am for about an hour. Eventually someone came to deal with it but our night's sleep was ruined. Also there were smokers in the non-smoking rooms which we could smell. "
