"The check in is easy, staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and everything is clean. A very substantial breakfast - this will be my go-to hotel in Wilmington. "

"When we arrived, the front desk informed us that because our booking was made through Expedia, they had not yet received payment and could not check us in. We were asked to wait, and after about 20 minutes, the same staff member contacted a manager. The manager then advised them to proceed with check-in and handle the Expedia payment on the back end. By the time we were finally checked in, we had already been waiting over 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we were in town for a wedding and ended up being late because of this delay. This was especially frustrating given that the reservation was prepaid. I do appreciate the manager stepping in to resolve the issue, but the initial experience at check-in was disappointing. Because of this, I would not choose to book here again and would not recommend it."

"Excellent location, so close to UNCW, easy short drive to beach, very clean and well maintained, inside of home has very nice renovations, perfect yard for dogs, WiFi worked great, so nice that sheets and towels were provided, would definitely stay here again. "
