Despite that, management group would not permit later checkout and eventually provided 30 min later after going around and around. With respect to property, it was clean and nice but certain areas where badly worn (baseboards) and master bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable. Would recommend for average rate (300/night) but not premium rate (1400/night) for events."

We stayed for 4 nights, and they provided 6 towels for three people...and said we weren't allowed to use the washer The kitchen was NOT fully stocked. It might be ok if you're staying for one night, but if you're staying for multiple days and plan to cook, bring your own stuff as they have very little in the kitchen. The VRBO description is highly misleadingNo cleaning supplies at all. They tell you you're not allowed to use the washer and dryer, unless you're there for a week. The living room couches are so uncomfortable. It's way out on the outskirts of Lubbock, and probably about as far from TTU that you can get "
