This glorious 1,350 square foot private mountain retreat was flawlessly custom built in 2006. Vaulted wood-beam ceilings. House is maintained in an absolutely great condition, and with the great captivating scenery around, soothes and refreshes the soul, a must visit place.

    Kitchen features Granite counter Tops. Master bedroom has walk-in closet. Beautiful free-standing wood burning stove. The optional second bedroom has a built in closet. Wrap around trex decking, ideal for a family outing , will accommodate 6 to 8 people easily.

    The historic city of Julian is just a few miles away, enjoy kayaking, motor boating, or relaxing by the lake, or go explore the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods, whatever you do, this offers the best relaxation, refreshingly beautiful away from the city hustle-bustle
