This home was beautiful! It was just me & my husband for 2 days, so we didn't use it to its full potential, but would love to go back with extended family. The place was absolutely spotlessly clean. Beautifully decorated, and the location can't be beat. Walking distance to town in just a couple minutes but the walk back is uphill...not bad, just reminded us we are out of shape. Julian was such a wonderful, quaint town and we were so grateful for this home as home base. We walked into town 3x to eat Julian pie, Julian BBQ, wine taste and get gifts for the kids. Priscilla's place was perfect for our party of 8\. She was very detail oriented with the check in process and the guidelines of the home. At first I was overwhelmed by the instructions but then totally understood the rationale behind the details! The house was perfectly equipped with great blankets, heaters in each room, towels, pillows and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment as we cooked breakfast and dinner at home. We appreciated the porch the most, at it was clean and perfect for sitting to watch the sunset and have coffee in the morning. Thank you Priscilla! Thank you Julian! There are lots of hiking trails to explore. Our family included grandkids from 13 —> 21 yrs. No one was bored. We were surprised by the multiple large gathering places inside and outside this home. The home was clean and the kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils. The owner provided detailed descriptions for the house and was easy to contact if we had a question. It was very nice and clean, with an amazing outdoor area for entertaining guests. Went up to Julian to watch the Perseid Comet shower. 3 couples of old friends got together and had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. It had everything we needed and more.
