  • The bright, renovated in 2016 penthouse apartment offers optimum conditions for 2-3 island lovers. It was modern, bright and decorated with attention to detail. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed (180x200), a shower room with window, a small hall and a living room with sofa bed, dining area with sea views and fitted kitchen with cooker and dishwasher. The apartment is on the preferred eastern part of the island, the town center with restaurants, bike rental shops and is just a few hundred meters away. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk in 2 minutes, the beach. Ideal conditions, then for a relaxing holiday on the beautiful sand bank in the world

Kleine hochfunktionale Wohnung in der 3. Etage im Haus Niedersachsen. Gut gefallen haben uns die vielen Haken zum Aufhängen von Kleidung etc. Schade fanden wir, dass keine zusätzlichen Müllbeutel vorhanden waren. Die Mülltrennung wurde dadurch zur Farce.Eine Seifenspender am Waschbecken wäre ebenfalls ein netter Willkommensgruß um sich schnell Zuhause zu fühlen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser kleinen, schönen und gut gelegenen Wohnung überwiegend genossen. Unangenehm war der starke Rauchergeruch, der trotz dauerhaftem Lüften zwei Tage anhielt.

Uns hat es insgesamt gut gefallen, die Wohnung konnte alles Wichtige bereithalten. Bewährt hat sich die Lage der Wohnung auf der Insel, gefallen hat uns auch die grundsätzliche Ausstattung sowie das gute Bett. Es gibt aber einige Stellen, die der Reparatur bzw. Wartung bedürfen wie der Toilettenpapierhalter, (der wohl schon länger kaputt ist), der Stöpsel des Waschbeckens im Badezimmer oder die Ablage des Badezimmerspiegels. Praktisch wäre auch eine Ablagemöglichkeit für Seife und Shampoo in der Dusche, eine bequeme Möglichkeit zum Aufladen der Handys oder ein Hacken für die Küchentrockentücher. Ein paar mehr Teller, Gläser oder etwas mehr Besteck machen das Leben auch bequemer. Aber: das sind alles Kleinigkeiten, die den grundsätzlich positiven Eindruck nicht schmälern sollen. Gute Lage, da nah zum Zentrum, nah zum Strand. Sehr ruhig,trotz großem Haus mit vielen Wohnungen. Gut geschlafen (Matratze), Sofa im Wohnzimmer allerdings sehr weich (Rücken läßt grüßen). Summasummarum hat es uns gut gefallen.

Sonnendurchflutet?

Die Wohnung ist schön ruhig und hell und bis zur Dorfmitte oder nächstem Strandaufgang ist es nicht weit. Sie ist zeitgemäß und bequem eingerichtet. Aber irgendwie ist alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und einiges müsste mal erneuert werden. Und auch der Platz hinter der Schlafzimmertüre für Putzeimer und Staubsauger ist nicht ideal. Aber man kann dort gut 1 Woche verbringen.

Der Wohlfühlcharakter der Wohnung war ok. Positiv: Das Bett incl. Matratze war top, der Wohnbereich mit Küchenzeile zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Negativ: sehr kleines Badezimmer, in dem das Fenster nur auf "Kippstellung" geöffnet werden konnte, Toilettenspülung ohne Spartaste, kleine Duschwanne ohne Seifen-Ablage und lockere Toilettenrollen-Halterung. An die "Single-Kaffeemaschine" musste man sich erst gewöhnen...
