Spacious Holiday Apartment in Haus Warmbad 3c

The spacious holiday apartment in Haus Warmbad 3c offers plenty of room—about 90 m²—for a relaxing holiday on Juist. This charming Frisian-style house is in an excellent location directly below the TöwerVital—just about 100 metres from the beach and only a few steps from the town centre.

While the homeowners live on the ground floor and ground floor, guests have access to the spacious basement apartment with a separate entrance. Thanks to the property’s unique location among the dunes, plenty of natural light floods into the apartment. A special highlight is the large south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the sun well into the afternoon during the summer.

Living & Enjoying

The spacious living area forms the heart of the holiday rental. A rustic wooden table is perfect for shared meals and cosy evenings. Directly adjacent are the large, fully equipped kitchen and the comfortable sofa and TV area.

The combination of spacious layout and cosy furnishings creates a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing holiday.

Bedrooms & Bathroom

The apartment has three bedrooms:

• Two nearly identical double bedrooms are located directly adjacent to the living area and are connected by a shared bathroom.
• Another bedroom is furnished with a loft bed and can accommodate two children.
• There is also a smaller shower room available, which can also be used as a guest bathroom.

Amenities & Comfort

The holiday rental is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay:

• Wi-Fi
• two TVs
• DVD player
• stereo system
• washing machine
• dryer

Important note regarding access

Due to the property’s location in the dunes, the holiday rental’s separate entrance is accessible via a fairly steep stone staircase. The stairs do not have a handrail.

For guests who have difficulty walking, are mobility-impaired, or are unsteady on their feet when climbing stairs, access may therefore be unsuitable. In this case, please contact us directly before booking—we’ll be happy to help you assess whether the on-site conditions are suitable for you.
