"Very nice hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a great location near everything you would want to see. The shower was spacious enough as was the bathroom. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The only negative point I have is you can hear the squeaking flooring in the rooms around you. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is very nice with large rooms, nice bathroom and fluffy towels. The breakfast buffet is extensive and there are 2 self-service coffee machines. The location near a Metro stop and on the tram line is excellent. The staff is pleasant. The MAJOR problem is virtually nonexistent WiFi. Over 4 nights I was able to get on for about 30 minutes one afternoon. It’s unacceptable because I ended up using up my cellphone data. It’s too bad because otherwise the hotel is pretty nice."

"I’ll start with location. I really don’t think you can pick a better location when visiting Prague. The hotel sits directly at the base of the Charles Bridge on the Mala Strana (Lesser Town) side. This side of the bridge is slightly quieter than the Old Town side, but is a great area to walk around, closer to the castle, etc. There are fantastic restaurants and bars in the area, and the hotel has two restaurants on site, including a main restaurant and a crepe restaurant. We ate at both and they were delicious! Upon check-in, staff was very friendly and gave us an overview of the city. They have two buildings, in which we were in the annex building across the courtyard. The room was a good size, with the needed amenities. Each night, they restocked our water and coffee, and even left us chocolates, and a small bottle of sparking wine. The little extras were very nice of them! Coming off a few luxury Marriott properties on this trip, it’s a bit unfair to compare, but for a regular hotel, the room was at or above average. A good breakfast buffet was included, and you get 10% off at the restaurants if you are a guest. Again, this was a great hotel in a perfect location. I rated it 4 stars, because it is better than average, but can’t quite compete with a luxury property. If you are visiting Prague for the first time, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Again, the location can’t be beat!"
