"The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! "

"First off when we arrived around 11:20 am The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes… After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand ,...

"Ruhig gelegenes Haus in den Jordanischen Bergen mit guter Aussicht bis Amman. Sehr moderne Küchenausstattung, gute Sitzmöglichkeiten innen und außen. Sehr guter Vermieter ( Habe die Unterkunft wegen fehlender Internetverbindung nur ungenau finden können. Wurde telefonisch gelotzt und abgeholt an einem Treffpunkt. Von hier ist der Archologische Park in Jeraz sehr gut erreichbar, auch weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umfeld. Gute Verkehrsanbindung."

"Communication was horrible, we were not allowed inside and they told us we don’t have a reservation. When we called the host he said we don’t have a reservation but then he called back and said the room has an odor issue that’s why they didn’t let us in. We drove 5 hours to get to that location and we had nowhere to stay. And they still haven’t refunded our money. Overall horrible experience I do not recommend."

"The resort is very nice. There are several pools, one has a swim up bar. Of course there is also the Dead Sea. Staff there will help you with ‘mud’ so you leave the Sea feeling great. This service is free! We ate at two restaurants- the Italian and the Lebanese. Both were really good, the Italian was excellent!"
