"Overall bad experience, the room smelled, floors looks like they didn’t sweep or mop. Candy stains under the floor left as is for who knows how long. Roof started leaking water onto bed from rain, started to smell like mold, no one came and checked. No once we to talked to front desk all they said was they couldn’t do anything about it, gave us two towels and was told to move the bed. I do not recommend this place at all. "

"Room was very outdated. Outlet by bed did not work. Shower low pressure. Shower Smelled weird like mold. Mold on showerhead. Room smelled like cigarettes. Holes in sheets. Pillows very flat and uncomfortable. Faucet from hot tub kept running. Tv setting stuck on Spanish. The only good thing about the stay was the staff. Andrew was very professional and helpful."

"The bathroom floor was not clean; dried dirt/grit in the corners. The entry of the office had something spilled on the vinyl sofa where I could not sit. We parked in front of our door and someone hit our vehicle. The office went above and beyond to pull video footage and worked with the police until the man was found. Thank you guys! Even though it is an older facility, I would stay there again because of the care we received."

"Very pleased to find our room very spacious. I can't remember having a hotel room as large. Bed was mostly comfortable, but I like a firmer mattress than what they had. I still slept well. All personnel in the hotel and casino were very friendly and helpful. We were always greeted no matter where we went. The only downside of staying here is a lack of breakfast offerings. Not uncommon for a casino hotel, but we had to go elsewhere to eat. I definitely would return. I will mention that I don't like having to pay a resort fee. I don't consider WiFi or internet to be thought of as part of the resort fees. Simply said, I won't stay at a hotel if it isn't available. Unfortunately, this "resort fee" is becoming common in all hotels and I don't consider them to be a resort. If you can't justify a resort fee, forget it. Just because you can tack it on doesn't mean you qualify as a resort."
