It was our first stay at this hotel and it was absolutely fantastic. The hotel, room, grounds and casino were extremely clean. Our room was spacious, with a lovely view of the water. It smelled clean and it was very quiet and comfortable. The staff was amazing. We didn’t need to go anywhere once we checked in. Overall a perfect stay for my husband and I. 10 out of 10

Nice room, comfy king bed, very nice bathroom. Nice casino for something to do at night as we were traveling back home to Michigan from New Mexico on a Route 66 trip. The parking was convenient right across the street.

Parking felt secure even though it was across the street. The staff was friendly. I loved the large soaking tub! We went into the casino for a drink but not to play. It would have been nice to have the restaurant or bar open outside of the casino in the hotel area.

Really wonderful stay. Staff were courteous and attentive without being obtrusive. I was in Chicago for a couple of concerts and although that drive was hell on wheels (Chicago and traffic are like PB & J), the stay was a welcome respite after a long drive into Illinois. Fantastic room, immaculately clean, spectacular bed and Jolliet itself is a cute little city. I'm not a gambler so did not partake in those festivities. I was there on a Wednesday and Thursday, the hotel was sold out on the weekend so your mileage may vary depending on whether you hate being around crowds or not. For me, I will definitely keep this stay in mind for future trips into the Chicago area.

The room was spotless, huge, comfortable and quiet. Great view of the river. I can't stress the cleanliness of the whole hotel enough. However, two things. The hotel is very very far from the parking garage. The other thing. I prepaid my entire hotel stay, and I was surprised at the front desk with a "resort fee." That was never mentioned in my reservation or receipt. There is no "resort" here. There is parking, but no pool, not tub, etc. etc. This is egregious. Never staying here again, despite all the other benefits. What a ripoff

Elevator was broken all three days we were there, so line could back up to get in. Food at the diner was ok but not great, with very little to eat out in the area, we ended up door dashing mostly. Steakhouse was really good, but very expensive $98 ribeye with no sides included expensive, but nice for a date night. Beds were not comfortable and pillows even worse, but will say room was clean.
