Magnolia Cabin

  • Magnolia Cabin is located at the headwaters of the trophy trout section on the beautiful Watauga River. Magnolia is a small 500 square feet private cabin equipped with modern appliances & granite counter tops. Relax on our back deck! A guest favorite…our back deck is the place to enjoy the great outdoors while watching the river go by. You might even see someone catching a fish! Featuring a sitting area and fire pit, this relaxed setting is the perfect place to unwind. This section of the Watauga River is a fisherman's paradise! You can walk off the large covered back porch down to a wadable river to fish, kayak, or watch wildlife. Located on a country road, you would think you are a long way from civilization, but travel four miles down the road and you can pick up anything you need. The cabin is fully equipped with linens and all household items. All you need to bring is personal items and food. We hope you will enjoy it as much we do! We look forward to meeting you!
